I ordered Penn Station through DoorDash and the food was hot when I got here the food was amazing. It is made correctly and they deserve 10 stars. If I could give them 10 stars love me from Penn Station.

It was very loud....music blasting. Our order was correct except for an order of fries.....we asked for them when they brought out food....the kid said he would be right back, another guy comes out and says we didn't order them and he couldn't give them to us....he was very rude, we told him we ordered them and it was repeated back to us when we paid....still rude and said we were wrong......doesn't need to be in customer service acting like this......overpriced food, probably won't go back

Blows subway out of the water. Fries with a sub just hits better when you're hungry. Food is always fresh & delicious. Always clean inside. Staff are always friendly & pleasant. You don't feel like you're bothering them bc you came in to order food. They do a lot in the community to feed first responders, jail staff & more. Our penn station is a sleeper you don't hear a lot about them but they're a staple in Somerset Kentucky.

The service was sub par I feel that the workers could have been more observant when a customer needs something standing in front of them. The food was good but nothing id come back for my artichoke chicken mushroom sub was pretty skimpy and the fries just tasted like cooking oil nothing great if I came back I'd get the philly cheese steak but might be couple more years before I return to another penn station just not on my list of places I crave.
