So I have ordered from here for years and years. I even used to work here. Recently I ordered my normal food and hours later it still haven't been delivered. I call to see where it's at and the store manager tells me that o never ordered any food from them. ( Refused my name or address ) She only would take the last four of the card I ordered from. She told me the only way she would help me is if the next day I brought in bank statements to prove I bought the pizza, my phone wasn't allowed because in her words" anyone could makeup anything and show us" to which I did respond with I have the fing order confirmation email and confirmations from cash app" long story short they gave my money back later that night with no call. Would y answer me then come to find out she blacklisted me and refuse to let me order because she accused me of trying to con her out of pizza and I responded with a cuss word. Not cussing her but just one cuss word said in a sentence. Don't order from here. There is another pizzahut just a few miles up the road. Nothing will ever happen to these managers if profits are t impacted. I know my house will no longer be ordering from here. If the owner sees this I'd love to give you the full story cause like I said I used to work there and know it can be a good place and I hate to see all the money the owner put into it be wasted on terrible management. UPDATE. The store manager called my fiance back to yell at her about us trying to order food today. What kind of place calls customers back to argue with them. Not to try and fix anything, this lady gets her rocks off on acting better than us lowly customers.

There is a woman who ends up taking our order over the phone every time we order from this location. I believe her name is Dina or Deena (spelling?). She is ALWAYS incredibly rude. She has no business answering the phone and working with customers. She is unfriendly and needs to work on her customer service skills. I would stop eating here because of her completely but it is the closer location for us to visit. The food is good but if you want to eat inside you must be your own waiter. (They do not have any waiters.) Also, the cashier will ask for a tip if you use a card. I’m sorry but if I was not served by a waiter and was treated poorly, then I’m not giving a tip. What a joke

The people who work here made us drive across town because they said we ordered from the wrong store. We got to the other store and they didn't have our order but called the original store to help locate the order. After receiving verification that the pizza was at the original location, I drove back and the person at counter tried to say that it wasn't there again. By this time the food was cold, all the person had to do was look in the warmer.
When did Pizza Hut start farming out their calls to call centers this is a joke the pizza was ordered before I had to be to work I get there to pick up the pizza and they didn't even have the order so thinking it might have been at the other Pizza Hut I called them to see and it wasn't there either talking to a foreigner and a call center to get a pizza is beyond ridiculous if this doesn't stop I will never order pizza from Pizza Hut again

We came in I felt rushed when I explained to help the other people first ! I needed time to decide and she kept interrupting and I have bad anxiety with feeling rushed ! I was so excited about those donuts but they were exploded my pizza undercooked and I love pizza there this is my worst experience hands down . Customer service is friendly not abrupt and making people feel rushed some of us need more then 15 seconds to make a decision I just want my money back and I’ll never ever eat here again. Also need a recourse in friendliness and customer service management skills also this was night shift
The ceiling in the lobby is in disarray. There is quite obvious structural damage that has been avoided instead of repaired. This is confounding because the food is quite expensive for what you receive. There is no shortage of funding available, only a lack of effort. The roof leaks all over one of the tables due to this neglect.. Don't sit on the left side of the lobby. There is black mold under the drink station in the back. The make table is broken and smells like sewage once in a while due to the rotting food that drains from it.. there is plumbing problems in the women's bathroom that puts out a foul smell consistently.. The water inside of the warmer never gets changed and is likely housing a multitude of various bacteria. The employees are constantly fighting and disrupting the experience for the regular customers due to their incessant, completely unnecessary squabbling. They all hate their jobs and take it out on one another.. also, Susan Vaught is a very rude employee. I could go on for a while but that's what you should know walking in the door.
