Ruby Tuesday's was always great but now they are closed for good sadly. Hated to hear this as it was a great spot.

The food at this restaurant is phenomenal! The staff are always very friendly and the establishment is always very clean. I wish that the prices were a little more competitive with other restaurants around Somerset, because they are a little on the high side. Overall, though, a great place to eat and my fiance loves it!!

After being seated by something that hated their job, waited 16 minutes and nobody showed up so we left. No not one person, but a waitress stood talking another table for 11 minutes. The place was more than half empty on Saturday night 5:30, now i know why.

Had to ask for the salad bar to be refilled with eggs, carrots, broccoli salad and lettuce. No clean plates on the bar. And the manager standing around leaning on the case. It's 530pm on a Saturday night. Unacceptable. Server was very nice. Steak was tough.

I worked at Ruby’s for 7 years... the first 4 were great.. the last 3 were terrible due to poor poor management! Very toxic environment! Being I have been in the business for 40 years a good GM should lead by example...unfortunately his leadership was lead by poor example unfortunately! Without a good captain you can’t run the ship or it’ll sink!

My experience was excellent, the Rib eye was perfectly cooked to my liking and so were the mashed taters. Our waiter was swift and effective and did her job well and was genuinely nice the whole time.
