Order three drink today. In the bottom of one of them was full of fruit flies. This is ridiculous. The iceareas are suppose yo be kept clean. This is proof they dont.

Waited for well over 30 minutes while on my lunch break for my food after paying with my debit card. Then told them I had to leave so I was not late to work and ask if they could credit my money back to my card they then told me that I was next in line, but I watched them bring someone else their food out then she walked over to me told me I was going to get my food next she just had to go in and get it. I told her I didn’t have time, but they never would credit me my money back. If you need to be anywhere else that day do not go to sonic because you will be sitting there all day waiting for your food then you will be lied to and then you will not get your money back

I waited over 25 minutes just for someone to answer my call button. After finally getting someone to answer (albeit by mashing the button for two minutes straight) it took another 15 minutes to receive just 4 drinks. Absolutely terrible service when the restaurant is less than a quarter full.

I came and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with no pickle and added tomato. Not only did I have to wait 20-25 minutes to get my food but when I got it the sandwich had no tomato and pickle on it. It was wrong and when I went to get it remade the carhop was rude asking “whats wrong with it?” And when I showed her the receipt and that the sandwich was obviously wrong she snatched it out of my hand and said “yeah, he’s new” and walked away. I’m not rude to fast food workers as I’ve worked fast food myself but this service is terrible. There’s been several times in the past that I’ve came to get food and they are always either rude or get my order wrong. I’ve now been here for 40 mins and I’m still waiting on my chicken sandwich.
I've never eaten here but my dog loves their chicken sandwiches and their hamburgers.

My wife has dialysis and is always hungry when she gets out. We have gone to Sonic 2 times and each time they told us it would be 20 to 25 minutes before we could order. The last time was 03/07/2025 and there were only 6 cars there. What in the world is going on?
