My wife has dialysis and is always hungry when she gets out. We have gone to Sonic 2 times and each time they told us it would be 20 to 25 minutes before we could order. The last time was 03/07/2025 and there were only 6 cars there. What in the world is going on?

I rarely get a fresh, hot burger at this location. Tonight, we even asked for it to be made fresh 4 times, and the burger patty was still not fresh or hot. The sides are usually hot, but definitely not the burgers. Will not be back. I'll take my business somewhere that appreciates a good customer.

We ordered our food and waited 30 minutes and no one ever came so we pressed the button again and asked them where it was. The lady had a bit of an attitude and then 20 minutes later our food was out. It taste good but not work an almost hour wait

Edited: This location has really gone downhill. While the drinks tend to be fine, the food has been close to terrible. I used to really enjoy Sonic but cannot in good conscious recommend the Somerset location.

Went here on dinner break. Waited 30 minutes to get cold food. Did a mobile order and had to press the red button. Had to wait over 5 minutes and the button turned off so l had to press it again! Then, the lady got smart with me when I asked about if it was ready. It came out as soon as I asked her about it. Hmm. Barely warm and they got my order wrong. ❌❌Stay away from this Sonic ❌❌

Place order on app for 2 drinks said it be ready at certain time and now done been waiting for 30 min pass that time and drinks are water down

I haven't ordered from Sonic for a while for good reason. The service is horrible, terrible attitude of car hops and the food is about like the service and attitude. What was was an iconic burger drive in has gone the way of Kmart, SEARS and other former great business. The only thing different is they are still open. Its time to just shut em down.

Great service, fast orders. Seems they prep their food better than others. I've had a lot of issues with other Sonic drive-in's, although I've never seen any issues with this location. Food is always cooked right, and to order. Our family loves going to grab .50 cent corn dog days.
