App does not work properly and asked manager about and said they didn't have anything to do with. Why not pick up the phone call corporate and make a complaint. Did not offer to make amends for the discount you get when you order on line. The problem with the app would not let you pay online. You chooses the only one that was available was Google pay. It would not even work.

Ordered and my receipt was correct. The carhop tried to give me a drink that wasn't mine lol. When I got home my foot long chili dog no cheese, was COVERED in cheese. My hamburger with no pickle was a DOUBLE CHEESE burger. I don't know what is going on but they need to listen, and make what is ordered. I was unhappy.

Always get my hubby's order correct....how hard is it to fix hamburger, NO CHEESE, PICKLE OR ONION. With lettuce, tomato, catsup, mustard, mayo. Simple, right ???NOPE, it will have cheese, pickle, onion or some combination of the three. Do I call to get one correct...NO.I Ordered chili tots with order recently, didn't come with order. When carhop delivered food I mentioned the omission. She came back with tots in container with 1 teaspoon of chili at best. My husbands had oodles of chili. Only one Sonic in town so will go somewhere else, a place that CAN GIVE THE CONSUMER WHAT THEY ORDER.

Order ahead on the app, one burger, two drinks, get to Sonic 5 minutes after the ETA for my order being ready, still wait 15 minutes to get order out. A lot of non working screens too, had to go to 3 different stalls to get a working screen.
I bought my daughter a $25 gift card because i truted that sonic employees would be clean and respectful but i was wrong DO Not Eat there She wait 50 mins to get her food one little order she also ordered a sprite the got it wrong and brought her a water she was stressed from waiting so long and was a little rude because of the wait when they had no other customers and the guy brought her sprite bk and he had put hairs all in the sprite it latterly looked like he had tried his beard in her cup of sprite!!!! So So Gross

This was my favorite place to eat. (once or twice a week) in and around the last year things have totally changed. half of the speakers, screens, and scanners no longer work. they no longer serve breakfast till NINE in the morning, way past work time. I feel for the employees who, with regret talk about how bad it's gotten under the new ownership. I hope who ever will wake up and see what a great place they have and work to make it an enjoyable place to visit again. Sonic is a piece of history; I hate to see it go.

Food quality has declined over the last year food is poor quality and they can't get your order correct I put them right up there with white castle poor quality food expensive prices.

Great service, food was delicious this Sonic is better than the one in London Kentucky takes too long to get waited on if you get waited on at all. Somerset is a 100 to 1 better than London Kentucky
