We went through the drive through for a Peppermint Mocha Latte. We weren’t disappointed. Our waitress was super friendly and cheerful. The latte was in spot.

Ordered my drink and two cakes showed up 10 minutes later than the time said on my app. Then show up they close it down as soon as we walked in and never got what I paid for. They still had almost an hour an a half til closing. This isn’t the first time either.

I was sick and my blood pressure was really high, my cousin suggested that I drink water, I asked only for a glass of water and was told "I can't give anyone water unless they buy something else" I'd rather give my money to anyone else besides this immoral corporation that does not care about human beings nor our veterans
