You can tell when they're training a new employee bc the line is long and slow. But instead of getting frustrated, I am just glad they're getting more help. The coffee is consistent, and for me, that means a lot!
Sarah just provided me great customer service. I am very sick and was wanting a decaf drink from Starbucks more than anything. Door dash would not allow me to order anything decaf, so I called the store and Sarah really went out of her way to make sure I get my drink accurate and sent to my house! She was so joyful on the phone and really made my sick day so much better! Everyone show Sarah kindness every time you go into Starbucks, and for whoever she is working for, you should...
