Been here a few times, first time was great but this time I can not say the same. Almost all the toppings were out. There was only like 5 options. Plus the lettuce was not fresh. Only plus side I could say if that staff was friendly. Would recommend the north subway over this one

the people were really nice but there's just one thing that wasn't right there was a black Guy in there that was working and his hair was kinda long and he wasn't wearing a hair net or anything to protect his hair from getting in the food I work in a restaurant my self and I know that it's against health regulations not to wear a hair net he had this little sun visor thing on and none of the hair was covered if the health inspector would of walked in they would of shut that place down

Awful service. Serve was very rude and had an attitude. She was in a bad mood and rolled her eyes when my husband walked in the door. She almost forgot my sauce and when my husband reminded her she rolled her eyes. She pretended to heat our sandwiches and then take them out and didn’t even cut them. Terrible service my sandwich was awful I couldn’t even eat it.
You can see my online order. I sted of contacting me they made the items. The issue is I asked for tomatoes. The store was out of tomotoes. Why? Well the young staff said they weren’t allowed to cut the tomatoes because they were too young. The onsite manager left and there were only young women working with no guidance. I should have been refunded but they didn’t know how to do that either. I need this to be rectified

Came in at 3:10 on 2/21... must've been trainees on the line, none of them said a word to me, didn't even glance at me. They were taking forever and a day with 2 sandwiches... I just walked

We continue to be disappointed with the freshness of the lettuce at this Subway. I have completed a survey every time we have been here for the past several visits, and have mentioned that the shredded lettuce is never fresh, and some of it is turning brown. The employees are fine; however, the manager or someone needs to tell them to discard the brown, yucky lettuce and open the fresh container that is always sitting covered and waiting to the side. I think we’ll be trying one of the other Subway locations in Somerset next time.
