Came in at 3:10 on 2/21... must've been trainees on the line, none of them said a word to me, didn't even glance at me. They were taking forever and a day with 2 sandwiches... I just walked

We continue to be disappointed with the freshness of the lettuce at this Subway. I have completed a survey every time we have been here for the past several visits, and have mentioned that the shredded lettuce is never fresh, and some of it is turning brown. The employees are fine; however, the manager or someone needs to tell them to discard the brown, yucky lettuce and open the fresh container that is always sitting covered and waiting to the side. I think we’ll be trying one of the other Subway locations in Somerset next time.

They don’t open when they say they do. Rude wait staff with zero regard for costumers. Filthy dining area.Kid-friendliness: Very kid unfriendly. One of the wait staff actively called me a homophobic slur.

We have been to this subway quite a few times and sometimes they get our order correct, but today was our last time going. We placed an online order and we had four 6 inch subs, which is a fairly large order so we always have some patience. When we went to pick up the order they had no drinks available, but they were available to purchase on the app, so we wasted money on drinks that we couldn't even get, and they didn't offer any compensation fro them. They also completely messed up one of the subs, by not even making it and remaking one of the other subs.
