We were waiting in the drive-through for an hour to get our food. And there were working eating during it. and the chips on the nachos are soggy and they did not give any cheese for the nacho fries. I started eating my crunch wrap and there were tomatoes on it which I said clearly no tomatoes. And it’s being run by a bunch or teens

Had to wait for counter help. There were like 5+ ppl in the back talking and 4+ of us waiting to be waited on. It was confusing to wait over 7+ min when there obviously was enough help for at least one of them to say Someone will be right with u 🙄

So I was just at this Taco Bell, the one in front of Kroger and I have to say this was some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had from any fast food chain!!! I had made a mistake on my mobile order with one of the drinks and had asked them if I could change it out to a Baja Blast Freeze. I told them I was sorry and if it was too much of an inconvenience they could just keep it the same (a Pepsi). Not only did they change it for me, they upgraded to a large! Bridget, the manager was SUPER nice and the two young ladies working the drive thru provided excellent service. They got my order completely right, sauces , napkins, straws....I know this may seem so small but it's the little things in life that go a long way plus the other Taco Bell across town absolutely sucks!!! I had been there a couple of times (food order was always wrong, no napkins, no sauces, etc.). So from now on, i will only go to this Taco Bell!!! Greta job you guys! The food was excellent by the way 😋

My order was wrong I paid extra for add on toppings didnt get them the cinnamon twists was just twists no cinnamon ordered the bbq instead of letting me know they didn't have it even tho its clearly on the menu they just gave it to me plain also the manager and cashier was rude when I tried to get my order corrected never going back

Went through the drive through, waited 20 minutes behind two cars from the time I placed my order to when I got to the window. Half of my order was not in the bag, I ordered two boxes which did not come in the boxes anymore apparently, and my food was spilled everywhere. Wasted my time and money.
