Went through the drive through, waited 20 minutes behind two cars from the time I placed my order to when I got to the window. Half of my order was not in the bag, I ordered two boxes which did not come in the boxes anymore apparently, and my food was spilled everywhere. Wasted my time and money.

I come here all the time. That new boy in the drive thru is so nice! My food was fresh . I ordered ahead on the app and ended up paying 4$ for two burritos and a side of rice and beans. They had it ready for me and again the new guy in the drive thru was so nice to me!

You'll get your food, but it will likely take 30 minutes to an hour. I've sat inside and waited, and watching them work it is very apparent they have no sense of urgency or system for efficieny. It'll be better to order in the app, but they regularly mark orders as complete far before they've actually finished preparing the order. I've been told it's done, only to come in and wait another 10 minutes. Just go down to the other Taco Bell.
