So I was just at this Taco Bell, the one in front of Kroger and I have to say this was some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had from any fast food chain!!! I had made a mistake on my mobile order with one of the drinks and had asked them if I could change it out to a Baja Blast Freeze. I come here all the time. That new boy in the drive thru is so nice! My food was fresh . I ordered ahead on the app and ended up paying 4$ for two burritos and a side of rice and beans. They had it ready for me and again the new guy in the drive thru was so nice to me!
Food was hot and fresh. And neatly packed, food was not messy! And the drive thru worker, Samantha P (I didn’t catch her name but that’s what the receipt said) was so very sweet and kind!
