Just stood outside for an inconvenient worker to take my order and tell me they dont have rids. I stood outside in the cold ringing there togo order bell for 15 minutes before Zac comes to take my order, he doesn't listen made us resay my ourder 4 times just to grab a manager and to tell us they dont have kids and this kid just wasted out time and made us stand outside In cold winds for 20 minutes. I love Texas roadhouse but this was ridiculous

Good atmosphere with a Texas/southwestern vibe. It stays crowded. Busy, busy, busy... Wait time can be a turnoff. Aside from that, it's the best place to get a steak in Somerset. Several sporting events are played on big screens at the bar. Staff is friendly and helpful with plenty on hand. Steaks can be slow so you will need to order an appetizer. Try their version of the blooming onion or fried pickles. Dinner rolls with cinnamon butter is also a treat that holds you over while you talk with your party waiting on your meal. Really good ice tea with lemon of course. I don't give 5 stars often, but this place is deserving. Good job Texas Roadhouse!! Keep it up!

12/6/2025 I used a gift card and ordered online and was going to pick up my food and take it home. I pulled into the parking spot designated for pick up orders and what I saw made me decided to drive away and just cut my losses.(I had prepaid for my meal). The staff entering the building were nasty as hell. They looked worse than the homeless people here. I observed two different employees getting out of vehicles putting on deodorant and entering thru the facilities back kitchen entrance. I also observed one employee exiting the facilities back door sit down put something in his mouth and started scratching scabs of his arms. I have friends that have told me they ordered a salad and it had SNOT BUGGERS in it. This was at the Somerset, KY Texas Roadhouse.

I’m not blaming anyone I know it’s hard working in the restaurant but this was my son’s first time eatting out and the attitude we received from our waitress was shocking. Praying for everyone here. Babies sense things and tones I don’t appreciate that around my son. Wouldn’t say this a kid friendly environment.
