The food here is always good but nothing really stands out. I've tried just about everything on the menu and my favorite main course is either the Texas slammer hamburger or the country fried steak. The service is a hit or a miss just because it's so busy and chaotic in the atmosphere is what you would expect from a steakhouse chain
It was a very busy Sunday afternoon. The place was packed, we waited 40 mins for a booth and there was trash everywhere around the tables in the back but the food was delicious and we had a very good waitress. She was proficient and attentive.
I am preparing to come to this restaurant to eat with a relative and the customer service has been very good, calling and asking questions and getting ahold of a manager which is difficult consider.I know they are busy. The other steakhouse across from this Texas Roadhouse will not even talk to you and they will hang up on you and will not even tell you anything, if you have any questions regarding anything.Of course I know they are busy but they still will not even talk to you....
