This is the second time they were a huge nightmare. Last time they claimed they didn't receive my order. I showed them a screenshot and they said they couldn't do anything about it without it being up on the app and I had already closed it. Today I place another mobile order, hoping the last issue was just a fluke. They missed half the order this time and husband didn't realize it until he got all the way home. I called the store and spoke to Elaine, the manager. She asked twice if I was sure it was the North Wendy's and the second time it made me furious - the two stores are at completely opposites ends of town. She started to ask me a third time. I guess she figured I'm too stupid to be able to tell which one I was at, or the difference between North and South. I read her their address off of the receipt before I let her finish asking me the third time (that would have turned on my Karen impersonation). Then she couldn't find a copy of my order and my husband just picked (part of) it up 15 minutes ago. He's going back to pick up the rest, but it's not a five minute drive. I'm fuming and we're done with this Wendy's. The South store's food is not very good. I guess next time we want a baked potato we'll get it at Arby's!!

WORKERS NEED TO LEARN HOW TO ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE ORDER THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. been there 3 or 4 times in the past month and every time i’ve had to repeat my order 3 times. while also speaking loud enough for them to hear me in the first place. turn up the mics or fix the damn attitude. you work at wendy’s it’s your job LOL!!

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 grilled chicken wraps and paid $13.02. Got home not even a tablespoon of fixings including chicken and no ranch sauce applied to either one on a burrito size tortilla smdh!!!! Shame on you Wendy’s ehat a complete and utter waste of time driving and money. I will spread the word for sure on this

Most of the time I don't leave a low or bad review but I have no clue what y'all did to the fries tonight. It was a mix of what tasted like old fries and grease doubled layered in a pillar of salt. Most of the time I enjoy the fries but tonight... well... you can definitely do better. It's not hard to make fries right.
