Stopped by White Castle in Somerset KY after an appt and it was amazing!!

Stopped in for dinner with family. First off inside the door I was greeted with a trashy look. Trash can was overflowing. Floors needed cleaned. Didn’t look like there ever mopped. The tables were all dirty. And the place was a pig stye. Restaurant needs a good cleaning. Looks to be under poor management. And low quality service and staff. We not eat here. We walked out. Lazy staff that all needs replaced. Or maybe asked to clean up this place. I will not eat in a restaurant that’s uncomfortable with trash and messy tables. Even the table top on one table was unsafe. And just setting there. At an angle ready to fall in the floor. Don’t go here for your next meal! Until the state health department comes!

We don't have White Castle restaurants in South Carolina. We love White Castle and always eat here when we have a chance. The counter worker and cooks were awesome. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the sliders!
If you don't mind waiting for a long time...ok...was in line ten minutes and they waited on only one person at the counter...4 employees...indifferent to the order counter....

I don't know what has happened lately but I have to say something has completely bottomed out at White Castle. The food has went from decent down to barley eatable within the past year or so. It's got to the point that I made myself eat what I had bought just so I didn't waist the over priced food and have to feel bad both ways. I really don't know what they changed but it's definitely lowered everything about what White Castle was supposed to be about. The burgers are so tasteless now and the fries well good luck on those. Hopefully they can come out of the slump there in soon before it shuts down.
