Food was good! But customer service was horrible stood at the counter for five minutes before someone even said anything to me and finally took my order. Some mold underneath the soda machine and all of the tables in the restaurant were dirty absolutely disgusting and we were sitting down to eat there was nobody else there except for drive-through had a couple cars
Went on a Wednesday afternoon, pulled up to order, and waited 30 minutes behind only 2 cars. Once I ordered, it did not take long to get my food. The staffed seemed unpleasant, and my cheese sliders were cold.
Of course I love White Castle, I must say though I picked up a 50$ order and staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them just wanting some basic condiments . The cook was snarling at the woman working . I hope they have a better rest of the day because the vibes were not vibing
