Horrid service. We ordered 4 meals and had to wait 20 minutes for food. The store chose to fill single orders that came in after us instead of filling orders in the order they were received. The drink and condiment counter was is desperate need of cleaning.

The drive thru moved very slow. I was asked to pull forward. The salad was very good.

The dirtiest lobby I've seen in a while. Customers coming in after me and my family had to walk around the entire lobby just to find a clean table to sit at. And the employees are more worried about getting out drive-thru customers than they are in a house.

Zaxby's is my Chicken Cobb Salad first stop. #1 for me. I most always do the drive through. You can easily make two meals out of their salads. Chicken tenders are very good. The only negative would be don't go late Sunday after the Summer Night Cruise weekend if you want your salad fresh.

Called in an order for work and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours before we could get our food. Went to pick it up when they said and it was sitting on the counter...don't know how long for because they were absolutely not busy. Then a little girl named Courtney acted like it was a chore to have to fix our drinks instead of me fixing them, which I wasn't about to do after having to wait so long to pick up the food. And on top of that, they forgot one of the meals. The boy at the counter, though, was very pleasant.

My friend Kim and I are lunch here and the first thing we noticed was the nasty floor with mud all the way through the dining area. Next we noticed the trash bin by the drinks was running over. And yes we still ate there. We ordered the house salad which was actually pretty great! But the atmosphere was horrid. The workers behind the counter walked past our salads for at least five minutes before getting them to us and we stood there and watched. I have never seen such a mess or sideshow in a restaurant before! I will never walk back in there again!

Food is not juicy or warm. It’s very dry. I got two Zack snack meals and one four piece chicken finger meal and was very upset with the presentation. Everything was dry including the bread so I spoke to the manager and they were happy to replace the meal, not give me a refund.. Which was fine when I got the Replacement meal I had asked if they could make sure that it’s fresh. Got my order, took it home, which is five minutes away went to eat and it was not as bad as the first time, but still pretty bad not Not hot still pretty dry not juicy. I think their sauces are very good and I like how they season the fries, but I Could’ve probably cooked a better meal than that. Not really sure if I’ll be returning. Now I can say that the lobby was very nice clean and I like their drink machine. Staff customer service is mediocre
