I just love the curly fries. They where hot and very fresh. And the young man at the window was very nice. I came through at 4:40.

Currently sitting in the drive-thru, where I’ve been for the last 25 minutes, watching the employees lean in the counter and talk or follow each other around flirting. Cars backed up behind me. Got home and they put onions on the one thing I asked them specifically not to put onions on.
This Arby's was in a good spot! On a hill overlooking the mountains on the WV/KY line that why it got 5 stars for atmosphere. Otherwise it wasn't too busy and everything was consistent with my expectations from Arby's
Cold food the ff were not fresh it wasn't worth eating. 30.00 dollars thrown in the trash . This seems to be in all the fast food place in this area. THEY NEED COOKS !!! OR FRESH FOOD SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG. NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE ?
