Everytime I come thru here and ask for fresh tots they never give them to me unless I check them and make them take them back and make fresh it’s everytime I come thru this location I’m about to give up on Burger King and take my business to McDonalds or Wendy’s. I was so happy to see us getting a Burger King back and in the beginning it did great but now it seems like it going down hill quick I spoke with my friends and they have the same issue a lot also

3rd time I've been in there the order taker was rude crude and abusive
Y'all need to stop pushing customers through to make your number look good. I order from here maybe once a week... Everytime the employees ask us to move up and they will bring the food out. Since it's opening I've had to go in 3 separate times because I waited over 20 minutes and my order was not fulfilled. Eventually it was but that's not exactly "fast food". Right now I've been waiting over 10 minutes to get an order that includes 2 sandwiches and 1 wrap. No meals. Next time I come through I will wait at the second window for my food. I know it's a new location, and I understand you want to look good. But I don't have time to just sit and wait. It's supposed to a convenience. Not an option expensive wait that I can get from any mom and pop restaurant.
Edit: they screwed up my order by forgetting one of my sandwiches. Once remade, it was still screwed up because I didn't get the cheese I had an extra Xtra 70 cents for.
I'll try again in 1 month and if this crap continues I just won't go. "Fast food" is no longer; fast, convenient, or cost effective. And I go out of my way to go to BK rather than McDonald's because of the very slightly higher standards.

This is the slowest Burger King I’ve ever been to,,,I ordered 2 plain whoopers and a large frie and it took them 23 minutes

This was my first visit and probably my last one.Let me start off by saying that I have a service dog and he goes everywhere with me…. We walked in and stood in line to order and the manager came over to me and said that service animals were not allowed inside her store….I politely told her we would go somewhere else for our lunch….Sad…BTW…. McDonald’s was happy to see us…

If there was an option to promptly remove this store permanently from this area as a star rating I would select that. Sadly, I am only left with the choice of 1 star ratings and that is being absurdly generous.First time ordering food from the drive through spent about $20. After being told pull around front and I'll bring you food out to you, I waited over 30 min for my food. I ended up parking my car and walking in, and took them an additional 5 min to even "find" my order as everyone was running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads missing trying to figure out what to do.By the time I got it, it was cold, there were items missing from my order, and part of the order was wrong, and the fries, which were supposed to be a large order was just enough to fill a small fry container. Everything was right on the ticket, but not in the bag.Sadly this area of belfry/south williamson is in dire need of some more variety for food, but I am very, very highly recommending that NO ONE EVER go to this place. As I will not ever waste my money at this restaurant or any RBI store.

Walked in Happy, left upset. Took in 60$ worth of business with orders from work, walked in to order, to make it easier, but she yelled at us, and the employees, and was ripping bags out of our hands. She isnt nice, and needs fired before she costs this company more money, and customers. Not to mention the turn over rate they will have with employees and hard time getting new hires to even come in.

What burger king has no stacker sauce these burgers are dry as hell?!Plus when you call tell the employees in the back to not yell overtop of the person answering the phone.

The Burger King app never works here so you can't use any coupons or order ahead or connect points towards free food. Works fine at other locations. You have to give a name in the slow drive thru which is a strange concept and they still get orders wrong. Will be visiting competitors in the area which have faster drive thrus and their apps work correctly

I don't consider myself difficult. But I always like extra tomatoes on my sandwich and extra cheese. And every time they've gotten it right.
