We walked in to buy an ice cream and an ice cream cake at 2:13pm we had to stand at the register for 5 minutes before anyone actually walked up to the counter and took our order…it is now 2:27 pm and we are still waiting on a small blizzard… update we finally got the small blizzard at 2:34 pm

It would be nice if the managers and employees had even an ounce of customer service skills or even if they could do their job correctly. I love Dairy Queens food but anytime I go to this location I am met with rude employees, incorrect food, and an overall poor experience. Call me disappointed yet again.

South Williamson Ky, Night shift employees are very rude and slow. I waited on my food for at least 40 minutes. And just looking at the cooks and the front line people made me lose my appetite! They looked like a bunch of tattooed criminals..Seems like that only thing they was worried about, Is the time in the drive through September 30th 2025 @ 7:30 I’ll never eat at this restaurant again in my life!! I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone at all. I can’t wait until Wendy’s is back up and running..

I placed an order for an ice cream cake earlier in the week with specific instructions, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it hadn’t even been made. The staff explained that their cake maker is only in once a week—which is something they should have mentioned when I placed the order. Instead, I wasted my time and left without the cake I needed. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If a location can’t fulfill cake orders reliably, they shouldn’t be taking them in the first place.

Their syrup to carbonation ratio is off; makes Coke taste like it’s mixed with Dr. Pepper, and often flat Dr. Pepper at that.

No excuse for this fountain machine maintenance error when a drink is nearly $4 after tax.

Easily the worst fastfood service in pike county. They never get your order right and act offended when you want it corrected. The manager and every employee need to be retrained on customer service.
Thank god Wendy's is reopening soon!

Dairy Queen will always be my #1 place to get Ice Cream. It was where my dad took me and my brother when we were little. Everytime I get an Ice Cream it makes me feel like I'm 7 again. Love it!!!

i come here ALOT when I am in willy, but recently I have been getting short black hairs in my food… CLOSED BOXES.. 1 time was ok whatever but jeez more then once is crazy. Invest in hair nets
