I waited over 30 minutes on my food only for it to have been forgotten in the fryer and was hard as a rock when they gave it to me. Had I not walked in there I would have never received my food. The food was so hard couldn’t eat it. I will never ever eat here again. I will be calling a general manager or a cooperate office if I can as well.

I go here very often and normally the food is good and when I ask for fresh I always get it but this week I had decided to order my family a 50 piece nuggets and asked for fresh but while on the way home I couldn’t wait to eat them the first was great and the second one was awful they had given me half fresh and half old. You can look at the picture and clearly see.

Parking: They only have about four spots I believe for parking everyone that goes in has to park in the parking lot of the entire plaza

To the person who owns this franchise: you are throwing your money away on operating costs. That place is so bad - they never have anything you want to order, the pieces of chicken if you do get it have been cut down so small they are more like chicken nuggets, and the people there are nasty and rude. Do everybody a favor and shut it down so we can get a Popeyes or a Bojangles. Seriously, if you are thinking of going there just don’t waste your time cause it’s pathetic.

I ordered take out. Waited an hour for my food that was already done and sitting in the back. I'm not sure how they expected me to know it was done. After I asked how much longer they said it's been done. When I went home to eat it all the food was cold and I was missing my drink. Also kids were running around in the kitchen area. If I could I'd give -5 stars, rediculous.
