It’s a shame I haft to give it a star by default. 9.9/10 times the always mess the wing orders up and they come 90%dry and taste like sawdust. Ordered the traditional wing deal and got a bucket of sawdust adult chicken nuggets…Never get another dollar from me.

Our door dasher couldn't find our house so our pizza was taking a long time, we ended up just going to the store and picking up, the woman who was at the counter was very kind and apologized multiple times, and gave us our food for free. I've never had a bad experience here.

This is our favorite Pizza Hut. There is another Pizza Hut located closer to us, but it’s worth the extra 15 minute drive to us because the food here is so much better. We almost always order online because they offer coupons and deals online that aren’t available otherwise, plus we use the online rewards programs to earn free food.

I figured ordering a pizza would be no big deal But at this Pizza Hut they don't do the pizza hut order they do there own one twice I ordered a 10 in pizza and they substituted it for a personal pizza this time when I ordered it I made Shure over and over that this was a 10 in NOT A PERSONAL SIZE

Ordered cheese sticks with rewards. It said I would get 10 sticks for 125 points. When I picked them up I only got 5. Worker was no help and my cheese sticks were burnt.
I just placed a order last night to be delivered by Pizza Hut in south Williamson I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with banana peppers and bacon and some boneless wings I was using their tracker when suddenly it said it was canceled took 10 minutes to get someone on the line and when I did it was just too tell me they had another order in the same place I would be fine with that if they texted or called so I didn’t have to take that extra 10 minutes to get ahold of them on top of that I asked can you please text me or call me when you get here as I’m handicapped and where I’m at you would not be able to directly to my door the lady on the phone said and I quote “give me 5 mins then go ahead and wait down their for me how about that” so I did I waited 5 mins then went downstairs and waited another 10 minutes when the driver finally got here I was standing with my crutch in the door and said “ your real crippled up aren’t ya” and after this I got back pretty disappointed cause they only put bananas peppers and not the bacon and because of them “ canceling “ the order I could not leave feedback and did not feel comfortable enough to call the store as after all this I felt like they would spit in my food I don’t know if the driver was the same person on the phone but they need to be either need to learn manners or be fired overall the worst experience I have ever had at a pizza place I will never order from this place for myself again and strongly recommend anywhere else for anyone else
