I went here with me and two other people. We all have worked in the fast food industry for a very long time but no one should be treated the way we were tonight. Their floors were covered in trash, I asked the boy behind the counter 4 times for mild sauce and he repeatedly gave me hot sauce.he was either just being rude or was on something. I then received my food which was a crunch wrap supreme and it was falling apart and not made correctly. They also refused to change their gloves while they where touching money, their face and their pants.I love to give fast food the benefit of the doubt because I know from experience that it’s hard. But I refuse to be treated like this in a establishment.

Store was dirty unorganized and the service was barely competent. As for the food was overcooked and the chicken melted in my mouth but like cotton candy not like chicken. It was, I don't know what it was, but I'm pretty sure it was some kind of manufactured something or other that wasn't really chicken. Thank you!

absolutely terrible, food was cold, inside was absolutely disgusting, ordered at 10 piece nugget, gave me 6. cheese was not melted on my grilled cheese burrito and also my cheese quesadilla. service was rude. absolutely would not go back if you’d pay me. also, if im going to pay 50 dollars for food i’d expect it to be right or at least warm.

This place is absolutely terrible. They got my order wrong multiple times. The inside is so nasty. Trash a food crumbs all over the floor. They don’t cook their food right at all. It was all uncooked. Then when you ask them to fix your order they want to be rude. I’ll never come here again!!

Beyond furious right now, I ordered food online about 2 hours ago I drove 20 minutes to pick up my food and the store was closed down when I placed my order online the hours said open until 4am there was a worker sitting out front in the lobby on her phone just watching me sit there at the drive thru waiting for 10 minutes.. if a store has a set hour of when they close I expect that store to be open when I arrived to get food I had already paid for. Specially when it was a almost 50 dollar order

Food has been better than it has been the last few years. Normally theyre are dry tortillas and roce not all the way cooked. But as of recently, food is properly cooked and quite tasty. Seems like they dont have enough people some days, but thats most places. The overall attitude if workers has improved as well. Overall a good place to dine

Worker at the windows was rude when I asked if she could tell whoever was making my food to wrap up the soft tacos I ordered like burritos for my daughter. Also I asked for NO lettuce on my tacos and got a ton of lettuce on them. My brother quesadilla wasn't even cut either.
