Our Wendy’s just opened back up a few weeks ago it looked like it was always busy still looks like that most the time figured out today it wasn’t that it was busy their just really slow I waited 5 minutes after I paid to get my food when I did I had to tell them they forgot my nuggets in my order…. It’s fast food it’s definitely not supposed to be 10 minutes in a drive through just to get a small amount of food

Went through and got all way back work just to realize I had one item out of 4 then had to rewait in line to get it fixed, then fries dumped out in bag and pop was watered down, just overall terrible experience not even anything extra in bag to make up for inconvenience, jus overall bad experience. -1/5 stars

Firstly, the manager here needs fired. My last five visits have included, 2 orders that were missing an item, once a burger, once fries. One time an incorrect order. And the last two times, STALE DAMN BUNS. And I mean rock hard stale. It's beyond pathetic and this manager doesn't need to have a job in the industry, much less be managing people if they let this kind of thing happen. EASILY the worst of the fast food places in the area. Sucks because as a whole Wendy's is usually great, even this locations once upon a time was pretty good. Now? Beyond pathetic. The owners need to clean house here with the management.

Order crispy chicken sandwiches got home with them after 6 mile walk bit into one one got home Raw the chicken was raw. They won't do anything about it because you don't have a receipt for it who saves the receipt for a chicken sandwich

The cashier seems like he was having a bad day and bothered to wait on us. He had a name tag but no name and on it. They was out of mayo but never said anything when ordering Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Both fountain drink machine didn’t have any ice and one of them everything that came out of it tasted awful. The burgers didn’t come with the right side patties on it. We spend $40 for our family dinner that night and I wished Wendy’s could go back to the way it use to be with fresh food and friendly service.
