I've been going to this local Wendy's for years and I have had very few issues. The few that I did have were always promptly corrected. I also have never waited an excess amount of time receiving my food.

Food is usually pretty good. Most employees are friendly, except one girl that took my order a few days ago, she was not friendly at all, and acted like she didn't want to be "bothered" when I asked her to get my drinks from the drive-thru because the drink machines in the lobby we're not working. I was there the other morning and the employee that took my order was very friendly and helpful, however. She was an older lady with grey hair.

Food is okay. Fries are horrible and I'm pretty sure they aren't allowed to say "thank you" ,or "have a nice day". I know it sucks to work at Wendy's but no one ever says thanks. They just slam the window in your face after handing you your food.
