This is hands down the worst Auntie Annie's I have ever been to. When I got up to the front there were two male workers behind the counter. They both looked at me and then looked at their business iPad and the medium height heavy-set white male with dark facial hair said "Give me a second." Then both employees proceeded to use their phones to play what appeared to be a mobile game. They made me wait on them to play their games and then the white male asked me what I wanted. I asked him if they had any pepperoni ready and he proceeded to pull a cup of pepperoni pretzel nuggets out of the display case and slam them on top of the glass and rang up the nuggets. Needless to say I was so shocked by his atrocious behavior that I never got the chance to tell him that I wanted a regular pretzel with pepperoni not the nuggets. I went ahead and paid with my card because a line was starting to form behind me. The white male then started taking the next customer's order in the middle of the transaction with me. At this point my card is still in the card reader and he proceeded to shout "Ma'am, you're all set!" not once, not twice but THREE times at me from across the other side of the display case. I was putting my card away as he was screaming at me. I waited patiently for him to play his mobile game but he didn't afford me the same grace and wanted to rush my card transaction. It was completely unacceptable and I still can't believe how rude and abrupt his behavior was. I rolled my eyes and walked away with pretzel nuggets that I didn't even want. The nuggets were somehow greasy on the outside and dry on the inside. Horrible!

If I could give this guy no stars I would. He was playing chess the whole time we ordered, didn’t look up once. he got the orders wrong, of course because he didn’t even listen to us. He then had nothing available and was being mean to the guy in the back working on pretzels. he never put his phone down once. We also ordered one of the stack cups with the drink and pretzels and sauce and he charged us for everything but only gave us original pretzels and a drink. He doesnt deserve to stand in an establishment like auntie anne’s. pls do better.

You can’t go wrong with Auntie Anne’s according to my wife and kids. Anytime we stop by the mall they immediately gravitate towards Auntie Anne’s for fresh pretzels.

To their benefit oven was broken. The lady working was very nice unable to make pretzels due to broken oven. I did see pretzels that were already rolled in risen but unfortunately all they could make was drinks. If only they had this helpful staff at the Oxmoor location today.

Found an eyelash clump(false eyelash set) in my unsalted pretzels. I work next
To this location in the mall and it’s just been going down hill. The employees look like they don’t care about themselves let alone the food.

Tossed out my 8.00 thing of
Food after finding the eyelashes.

The lady prepping more pretzels was EATING McDonald’s and LICKING her fingers, with a full line of waiting customers. Staff couldn’t care less about their reputation or the customers who ultimately help them get money in their pockets.I have always loved this place because of the pretzels, despite the inconsistencies in the quality of service. This time I was blown away by how slow the lined moved, despite the amount of employees..However I got to watch a female employee eat while I waited… not to mention I got salted pretzel bites and it’s as if they just sprinkled a bit of salt over the top. Less, then ultimately no salt, the more pretzels I ate and the farther down the cup I got. Will NEVER return to this Aunt Annie’s, the one by Cinnabon, Tatu & Dilliard’s. Suit #1195 in Mall St. Matthews. Nasty.

No mini dogs again... Had plenty of employees, sorry for the ladies working. The so called "young men" would not step up and do what was necessary. To the two ladies working 8-6-2023 put application in else where. Your work ethics will earn you the much needed better co-workers some where else. To the owner manager Red beard needs the axe he is bringing down the other employees.Location is in the food court.
