Extremely clean, well run, room for everyone. The pools are awesome and the entire staff is there to help at any time. Walking/running track, and every sort of workout equipment you can imagine from beginner beginners to the most experienced. Lots of classes for spin, stretch, etc for EVERY level. WHY did I wait so long to join??

I like it and believe in this place so much that I came back after a knee replacement and two back blocks!!!!

Pilates classes rock! The staff are wonderful & is the best gym in the City!
