Came into the store hoping to buy bagels. I arrived at 7:40 and stood there for well over 6 minutes trying to get one of the workers attentions who I could hear were all standing in the back talking amongst one another. No one ever came up front or acknowledged me waiting there and I eventually left to go to a different bakery. I’ve always had a great experience at the Bardstown Breadworks but I doubt I’ll ever come back to this particular store.

Service was rude for no reason. Oh and they close at 12:30... not at 1:00. Went there expecting a great experience being my first time but what a bad experience. You should shut your business down after the time you have posted on the door.

Usually frequent other coffee shops along Frankfort Ave, but this was a gem! Wonderful coffee, great bagels and bread, but even better service! The baristas there were very warm, funny, and generous!
