This review is for the service, attitude and the employees. My family wanted to try a new ice cream store. We googled this location and we’re really excited to try. Once we got there the line was very long and from 3 employees it went down to one in about 15 min. We still decided to wait because the kids thought it was worth the wait. As soon as it was my turn to order I got the biggest attitude and was treated in the most unprofessional manner. I was Schocked that after waiting in line for more than 30 min it was just like in the movies/comedy skits you see on the tv”hurry up and buy”. I will never in my life come back to this place. Retrain your employees and treat all the customers the same regardless where they are from. It was really disappointing and my kids having to witness it after everything, no way.

I placed an order for my son’s birthday cake online to be picked up today, 2/19/24 at noon. When I came to pick up my order, they were closed! No sign or anything to indicate they would be closed today. If your store was going to be closed for President’s Day, there should’ve been a sign on the door and something online to prevent any orders from taking place today.

This is is an absolute no!! I found 3 hairs in my autistic brotherIce cream, he was very sad. The 2 workers are also crackheads dealing with my delicious (or so I thought) ice cream. I was haveing a bad day and this just made it worse!! I am waring u DONT COME HERE! Worst waste of $20 ever

We did an online order, went to pick it up and we were supposed to have 3 ice-cream s, instead we had 2 had to let them know and the kid was saying that's what the order said. I informed him he was wrong, he looked again at the receipt and saw it stated 3 ice-creams . They fixed it but it was stilled messed up there was no graham Cracker in mine and we ordered a cone bowl, and they put in a regular bowl.Customer service lousy as well and they are way overpriced!! For a better experience go to Graeter's Ice-cream.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because they helped this one girl who fainted. But I spent $7 at this location and the ice cream was completely melted to the point i had to physically drink it with a straw. I was so upset I had to throw half of it away. :(

An absolutely atrocious and unacceptable experience with the manager using profanity over a mistake he made. I ordered a birthday cake over the phone and came in to pick it up. It wasn’t there. The manager asked for my receipt which of course I didn’t have because it was a phone order. There was a mistake on the store’s end for not entering my order. That’s okay, as mistakes happen. But the unacceptable portion is that the owner escalated and cussed me out. Disgusting. Do not support this business. Shame on the owner. Be self-reflective and professional please.
