Called to place an order and the nicest, most pleasant lady helped me figure out my order. When I went in to pick up my pizza… there she was. Just as kind and pleasant and efficient and knowledgeable at her job! Her name is TJ and it would be nice if her boss knew how awesome she is. She is certainly an asset to your business. Yummy pizza too!

There salads are poorly made Greek salad 10.99 should get u a lot of toppings. Not what I got. Look at the pics almost no feta , one beet, a few pepperoncini, 5 cherry tomatoes and a bunch of lettuce, pathetic. For 10.99 you should be getting a dinner salad that fills u up. Not a bunch of lettuce . I felt ripped off. I found that the quality varies greatly from store to store. I recommend the highlands location over this one, they make much nicer quality salads.toppings beautifully arranged and plentiful. I also made a complaint on the corporate website and never received a response. Another indicator of poor service . I guess because it’s a franchise some just have poor management I.e. the Hubbard lane Location. Do yourself a favor and go to the highlands store instead.

They close WAY TOO EARLY for a pizza shop. I've had to go elsewhere several times because they close so early. I remember years ago, pizza restaurants stayed open until midnight or 2 in the morning especially on weekends.
Customer service is just not what it used to be yet, everyone expects to be tipped even when the customer is picking up the order. Handing a pizza over the counter is NOT service worth tipping.

Placed an online order at 8:15 given 1hr for delivery. Turned out to be 2 hrs, you may want to list that online. Had I known that I would have ordered somewhere else. First & last experience with this location. Kids were hungry at that. No communication, I ended up calling in. Food finally arrived pizza cold, salad with no fork. Bad service overall.
