They close WAY TOO EARLY for a pizza shop. I've had to go elsewhere several times because they close so early. I remember years ago, pizza restaurants stayed open until midnight or 2 in the morning especially on weekends.
Customer service is just not what it used to be yet, everyone expects to be tipped even when the customer is picking up the order. Handing a pizza over the counter is NOT service worth tipping.

I went to the Jets pizza on Hubbards Lane & they never disappoint. The food was hot & fresh. The manager was absolutely amazing & polite. I am on Hurstbourne & have a Jets right across the street from me, but I choose to go out of my way to Hubbards Lane because the one by me is a downgrade for Jets Pizza establishments. The manager & all the employees are rude, and customer service is non-existent. The manager should lead by example to make sure his staff...
