I ordered an açaí bowl and the lady who was working at the stall was so rude. It had been about 15 minutes for a small bowl and when I went up to see if my bowl was ready she looked at me and said she'd "get to it later", at this point many others had been served. Aside from this, the bowl wasn't that good. In my opinion it was pretty grainy, and the $12 I paid for it was not worth it.

I asked if the base is made with fresh fruits and the girl said yes. I got a mush of frozen juice and fruit. I can make a better acai bowl at home. Maybe it’s a good idea to stick to the salads.

Me and my family had lunch at Red Robin ,noticed a guy and a girl day drinking ( only noticed them because they were a little obnoxious ) guy had a home incarceration bracelet on his ankle ( I don’t think he should be day drinking) . Left went school shopping with my family walked back around towards Red Robin where we parked and my daughter wanted to try waffle . guess who was working ? The obnoxious duo that was day drinking (intoxicated) at Red Robin’s . Persuaded my daughter to go elsewhere. Do better please this is totally bad for business

Honestly, I'm a huge fan of acai bowls. This one was just bad. The acai was too frozen, like solid ice chunks in slush. The fruit was cut lazily, like banana chunks not slices. I took one spoonful, and respectfully asked for a refund because it wasn't good, & she took offense like I just criticized a thanksgiving meal she prepared and told me to go Fudge myself. It's ok, never again. I just trashed the entire bowl in front of her and left.

Their salads are amazing! Every one I've gotten has been perfect. The last time I got the Far East Crunch Salad with salmon. Sooo good. This time I made my own and it's delicious. Also the kids working, Chase and Leilani, were so nice and patient while I took forever to pick my toppings lol.

This is the worst ever store I have seen.. ordered peanut butte some thing it feels like a spoon of peanut butter mixed in water..nothing else.. and they give half cup not worth itEdit: with these low laying thy better close it.

Found a piece of rubber in my smoothie bowl and I told the lady at the register but she didn’t seem to care.
Stood at counter 5 plus minutes... no greeting... extremely long wait for food and beverage prep. Watermelon Sugar drink watered down with so much ice that it had no flavor. Not worth it!

Great place. Staff are very respectful and helpful.Got a make your own salad and let me tell you it was one of the best I’ve ever had.I thought $13 for a salad was a bit high at first but then I saw the salad. It was huge and loaded with all the right stuff.

This is my second visit back and since I wasn't a fan of their açaí bowl I opted for a build your own salad. You can pick 2 lettuces, 5 toppings and a protein with your dressing. My salad was beautiful and they were not stingy with toppings. I opted for the roasted Italian chicken, but it was so overwhelming in being soaked in Italian dressing. For me it took away from the salad, including the dressing. After munching on it awhile I tossed the bulk of my dinner. Really friendly service and variety of meals, but not for me.

Today was my first time trying this place. I work in the mall and wanted something close. Nothing sounded good then I saw this on place and saw the build your own salad. Oh my god is this salad amazing!!!!!! The girl that helped me out was awsome as well. Some of the best customer service ive seen in a long time. Will definitely be back
