Went through drive thru and the employee dropped my bag off fries on the ground. He apologized and kept handing me my order. Expected me to eat it off the ground. Don't eat here

Workers are too lazy to hand you a drink cup and a straw. Leave half the order out and then YELL at you when you complain to the manager about your experience

It's ridiculous that they rent out their play place for private parties. These are supposed to be for customers to use. Making it private is disgusting, why have this and it advertised as open to he public. More reasons to choose somewhere else to spend your money.

This is one of the worst run McDonald's in Louisville. We avoid it when possible, and if it is the closest I order on the app yo have a greater chance of getting my order correct.

I was first person in line to be waited on, I'm an elderly female, and the cashier motioned the person behind me, a man, to come up in front of me and he asked the cashier about me being next in line and the cashier said it's ok cause you helped me. Then I said I still need to order. After she took the man's order. Then she left to fill more orders and then came back and asked what I wanted.
This is the first time being at this Mc Donald and I was patiently waiting a long time while she left the register to fill orders but when the man showed up in line behind me she pushed me aside and moved him up in front of me and took his order. I feel very discriminated against and will never return!!

Every time I come to this location the wait is extremely long and the staff are rude and unprofessional. I came in yesterday morning because of course I was hungry and was headed in to work. Jay the cashier was pleasant and super nice and helpful. However once he informed the kitchen and the guy I’m assuming is management that I wanted my bagel to be toasted is when it went left. I over heard the Spanish speaking workers from the kitchen with the Spanish speaking manager upfront bagging orders joking about my bagel being toasted and then once my food was ready The manager left my bag on the counter open. He wasn’t busy he was just standing there talking to the kitchen. I’ve worked for McDonald’s before so I know that the cashier from front counter usually turns around and hands the food out however he was occupied taking the next guest request/ order and the expeditor/manager for the window was free and just standing there taking to the kitchen instead of passing me my food. After my bag had been on the counter open for 2 mins the cashier gave me my food and I headed to work. Once I got to work with 15 mins to spare to eat my breakfast the bagel was burnt. All I wanted was to be treated fairly. If they wouldn’t have eaten anything burnt neither should I. Do better please. Good customer service is hard to come by, good hospitality is so hard to come by.

Staff has gone vastly downhill, downright trashy. Was met with attitude when they opened the window to speak with me first. Took 10-15 minutes for a single sausage McMuffin because I was uncomfortable hearing staff. Time to close it down

Asked for no ketchup and mustard on a QuarterPounder, they didnt put cheese on it. Had a BufRanch Snackwrap... no lettuce and a handful of cheese with a old, cold, hard chicken tender inside. Asked for MacSauce on the side, charged me for the cup and the sub. No one in the kitchen seemed to care. Especially since you order at a kiosk now.

It took 20 minutes to get a small order. The order then was missing a burger and the nuggets were stuck together and raw. The employees were in the back fighting and the manager left because he was so mad. It took over 30 minutes to get all of the food. The woman handing out orders didnt even understand what I was saying. They messed up other people's orders in the lobby while I was waiting. I mean how hard can it be. Its mcdonalds. Its actually mind blowing how useless everyone in the building is.

Waited in the drive way for atleast 5 minutes, decided to go inside to order and the worker looked at me, turned, and ignored me instead of taking my order. I stood inside for an additional 3-4 minutes and no one came. I’ve ever experienced this before!

Ice Carmel coffee is weird taste so i asked to get another drink instead and staff was so rude not willing to help out,pretty much she told me to throw away drink and re order another one ..so rude never coming again to this location

I am disappointed to say this location doesn’t have a changing table in the bathrooms. It’s good that there is a play place but there isn’t a changing table. Also, we ordered our food to the table and they refused to bring it to the table. The food is good but the service and atmosphere weren’t.
