Food's getting worse at McDonald's not better. The double cheeseburgers we received (see the picture below) the paddies are 30% smaller than the bun itself and they're so thin....and, they're just thrown together which I guess is a reflection of the service, which I gave a four star just because they were somewhat prompt and attentive. The coffee was horribly watered down we threw it out headed for Thornton's - same price much better coffee. Overall the restaurant was clean and well supplied with napkins and cups etc...

They have literally never gotten an order right. Not one single time ever. I'm to the point where I'd rather take my family cold food from far away then even attempt this joint. God forbid you ask for sauce. Check your bag at the window. If they pull you up, be ready to go in anyway. Horrible attention to detail.

They didn’t give me my hotcakes and gave me a coffee without the lid on all the way and spilled it all over my center console. Not a good visit. They even took the time to give me syrup and butter but no hot cakes.
Edit: came back for my hotcakes and they were rushing me to take my coffee while checking my bag because it was cold. I have to take my time and be careful because your employees are not. I won’t be coming back to this location. Usually the last thing someone says is have a nice day not “it’s cold take this”

I found mold in my sweet tea, the fries were pretty much veggie straws and my Big Mac was pretty much frozen. The bun was so hard it literally cracked. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the service is okay.

To the Owner of this Franchise,
I am a regular customer and have always appreciated the service provided at this McDonald’s, but the conduct of one of your employees during my recent visit left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
When placing my order at the drive-thru, I asked the employee for the total amount to determine the best deal to use. While such information is usually provided proactively, this employee appeared visibly frustrated by my question. After completing the order, I overheard him mutter “Jesus Christ” in frustration, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional.
When I reached the payment window, I attempted to clarify why I had asked for the total amount. Instead of addressing my concern, the employee responded dismissively, claimed he could not understand me due to my accent (despite my fluent English), and canceled my order. His demeanor escalated when he left the building to take photos of me and my vehicle, behavior that I found highly unprofessional and unsettling.
I discussed this matter with the manager on duty, who promptly addressed my concerns and fulfilled my order. However, the employee’s behavior, both during and after our interaction, was concerning and not aligned with the high standards I associate with McDonald’s. (This employee has dreadlocks style hair and works the evening shifts, didn’t catch his name) Thank you.
