Not only are these bowls fire...! The staff is fire!! It's a very chill vibe and decor is super cute- even a cozy little nook with 2 person sitting with a fireplace! My favorite decoration is the surf board that says Salt Gypsy- how true and fitting lol and the bathroom is cute and smells good lol It's delicious, a vibe, and I appreciate the kindness more than anything... Thanks squad! Had an amazing 1st experience!!!

Fruit was fresh and açaí was good! We went to lueberry yesterday and were very disappointed with the freshness over there. It was nice to get much better bowls today.

Reminds me of Eduardo's beach shack in Aruba! I just wish the weather was more beach like, but they do have a little fireplace to warm you up.

The bowls are made with fresh fruits and taste amazing. Healthy, delicious, fruit bowls with granola and honey. The electric mermaid is Devine. Even the green bowls are good. They aren't too sweet and make a wonderful summertime treat.

As soon as I walked in, the aroma automatically made me excited for what I was going to get. It smells SO good in there! My cousin is in college and insisted we stop by because it was one of her favorite places. She has added to your fan base because it is now one of my faves. The inside was clean. I came in the middle of the week close to being closed and the wait time was minimal. I ordered the tropical bowl and added strawberries. So fresh and delicious! They also have a rewards program. I will definitely be coming back.

Playa Bowls is always super amazing. The 3 times I have tried these smoothie bowls have all been great, all different ones too. The mermaid bowl is my favorite so far!

I want to be kind first in saying, as someone who lived in Southern California for 9 years, the acai bowls are awesome. The only issue I’ve encountered every time I’ve been here is the staff is run ragged doing online orders and it takes a solid 30-45 minutes to get an acai bowl as a walk in. I wish they would hire more staff or have one person dedicated to walk in orders and one for take out. No one should wait this long for a breakfast / snack item.

Surprisingly good bang for your buck. The bowls are pricey but you can easily make two meals out of them. Plus you feel amazing after eating them. Hopefully it's as healthy as it looks!

Have seen ads for Playa Bowls and since I was in the area, decided to try it for the first time. I reviewed the online menu before walking inside. The decorations were bright, colorful and gave off a fun beach-like vacation vibe. I really liked the inside and although there were 2 tables already taken, I noticed the tables/sets were clean and plentiful. The menu inside was much larger than what I found online. I chose to try the Nutelloco bowl. It has a coconut base. I like coconut but wasn't sure what to expect but it was amazingly refreshing and delicious! My teen promptly grabbed a spoon and took part of my bowl! She got a Kowabunga smoothie and said it was okay, but she seemed to enjoy my bowl more. I signed up for their rewards program and within an hour had already received a discount for my next bowl. I will absolutely be using that discount! I can't wait to make a trip back there! This weekend sounds like a good opportunity!
