Terrible customer service. The lady called out my number I told her I had it then she skipped me and went to someone else and then I bought a pie and it was all mushy and not all the way done. I asked if I could have a refund and she said no in a very rude manor I asked to speak to a manager and she’s like I am the manager. She needs to work on her attitude especially with working in customer service.
A Louisville staple! Everything here is delicious, and the people working behind the counter are always friendly and ready to offer suggestions. The thumbprint cookies and cheese straws are incredible. I hope everyone who visits Louisville stops to pick up a few treats!
Everything is amazing but their cakes are truly wonderful! I’ve used them for several events and the cakes are show stoppers! Price is on point.
