This bakery is wonderful in every possible way. But I'm only posting so that you go and buy a Coconut Kuchen. It is a coconut custard pie that is the 8th wonder of the world. This thing makes the grey days brighter, girls weak in the knees, and children experience their first love. The one problem? Bliss like this sells out almost every day by noon. So, what I need is for you to ramp up the requests for the Coconut Kuchen. Then they'll make more each day, and when I stroll in around 2 pm on a random Wednesday, they'll be ready for me. Do yourself a favor; buy two each time you go. Hide one way back in the fridge and tell the family about the other one. Now, you have the best midnight snack of all time. You're welcome.

Terrible customer service. The lady called out my number I told her I had it then she skipped me and went to someone else and then I bought a pie and it was all mushy and not all the way done. I asked if I could have a refund and she said no in a very rude manor I asked to speak to a manager and she’s like I am the manager. She needs to work on her attitude especially with working in customer service.

I've been going in there for the better part of 40 years as a little kid with my hero my dad aka Joe cool aka angle baby and many more my favorite pastry is their custard Danish I never really cared for their donuts but everything else is superb. I was just thete with one of my 2 other heros my oldest son Sam and his friend Dawson. I pre-ordered three dozen Danish 6 custard and the rest mixed at their discretion to be picked up the next morning as a surprise thank you to my Dr's and staff at norton infectious disease Bronsburo location, they along with all my Dr's and and nurses and staff take excellent care of me. Sam and Dawson got what they wanted and i surprised my mother aka Macy with her favorite runny butter kuchen. And I'm going back this morning to ask them for one small favor not for me but for HEATHER DAWSONS GIRLFRIEND, TO HELP SPREAD THE WORD AND SAVE THE DATE SEPT 10TH FROM 4 TO 10PM FOR A CANCER F6thUNDRAISING EVENT FOR HER MOM, WHO STARTED CHEMOTHERAPY AND CAN NO LONGER WORK SO IF YOU CAN COME JOIN ME ILL BE THERE WITH MY OLDEST SON SAM, ROCKIN THE NITE. Such friendly service. You pick a number on the counter when you go inside and they will call you when it is your turn. It can get pretty busy. (you can look at all the tasty goodies while you wait) Very helpful staff. There is parking on the side of building as well as the street (if parking on street be aware there is a pretty high curb on passenger side) The runny butter kuchen is out of this world!! The oatmeal creme pies, donuts, and tarts are awesome as well. Really love this place! Can't say enough nice things about it. You must give it a try while in Louisville!
