Ordered a wedding cake with cream cheese icing. It was delivered with butter cream and the bakery told us we were wrong. It was very clearly butter cream and we paid an upcharge for cream cheese. Really disappointed with not only the mixup but the failure to take responsibility for their mistake.

First time customer, I ordered a custom cake for my twin’s birthday. Quick turn around and good communication from staff. The cake was beautifully decorated and so DELICIOUS!!! Hands down the best buttercream icing I’ve ever tasted. Looking forward to trying more of their menu items.

This bakery is wonderful in every possible way. But I'm only posting so that you go and buy a Coconut Kuchen. It is a coconut custard pie that is the 8th wonder of the world. This thing makes the grey days brighter, girls weak in the knees, and children experience their first love. The one problem? Bliss like this sells out almost every day by noon. So, what I need is for you to ramp up the requests for the Coconut Kuchen. Then they'll make more each day, and when I stroll in around 2 pm on a random Wednesday, they'll be ready for me. Do yourself a favor; buy two each time you go. Hide one way back in the fridge and tell the family about the other one. Now, you have the best midnight snack of all time. You're welcome.

Terrible customer service. The lady called out my number I told her I had it then she skipped me and went to someone else and then I bought a pie and it was all mushy and not all the way done. I asked if I could have a refund and she said no in a very rude manor I asked to speak to a manager and she’s like I am the manager. She needs to work on her attitude especially with working in customer service.
