Corbin did an outstanding job taking care of his customers. The food however wasn't the usual standard. I was unaware of Red Lobsters change with the steak menu regarding size of steaks. I've been a regular for 39 years, I'm a little disappointed but still believe and will continue to visit and give them another try. Out of 39 years we have only had a few incidents.

This location iis better than all the others in Louisville. Jenny has waited on my team, my customers and myself when I bring them in and she has always done a fabulous job with her service.

Love this place and our server, Leland, anticipated our needs before we even asked!!! Now THAT'S service! I normally go to the RL in Clarksville IN but I'll always come to this one as long as he's there! Great job!!!!

When we arrived at Red Lobster, the host greeted us and pointed out the QR code for leaving reviews. We were serviced by Sarah, who asked if we were celebrating anything but quickly shifted into rapid, scripted questions with little warmth.
The lobster bisque was bland — more creamy than flavorful — and for $6.99, Panera does soup better. My Sailor’s Platter from the weekday lunch menu was good, but I never got the water I requested with my lemonade until she tried to refill the lemonade ($5.99 each).
Dessert service was disappointing. We ordered without menus, and my cheesecake arrived tipped over in a to-go bag that watched the server swung on her way to the table.My aunt’s Key Lime Pie tasted old, with only a faint lime flavor after several bites.
Entrée aside, the rushed service, missing drink, and poor dessert quality made this a 2-star visit.

My experience at Red Lobster was disappointing, especially with our waitress, Sarah. At one point, she asked another employee if they would always be scheduling her on Tuesdays. They must have said “no,” because she replied, “OK, good,” making it clear she didn’t want to be there. From that point, we noticed her overall attitude.
When we ordered dessert, she brought it out to-go, swinging the bag as she walked to the table. She set the bag down carelessly, and the pies had tipped over inside. She then turned to talk to another employee, and when they spoke quietly, she snapped, “You know I cannot hear you,” in an irritated tone.
I tried my Key Lime pie, and it was awful—more like sweetened condensed milk with barely any lime flavor, and oddly, it tasted more like lemon. I told her it wasn’t good, and she gave me a look as if she couldn’t believe I said that. She simply replied, “OK, I’ll take it off the ticket,” with no apology or concern.
In addition to the poor service, the restaurant decor is outdated. The carpet looks worn and likely holds dirt, and the netted tray holders appear stained and unappealing (see photo). This location could really use an update—both in service and in the overall environment.
