Little Caesars Pizza offers a varied experience depending on the staff present. The quality of the food can be poor when "school kids" are working, especially with insufficient sauce on the pizza. However, many customers find the food to be great when experienced employees are on duty. The ICB bread continues to receive positive feedback. The restaurant has inconsistent phone answering, and customers may need to go to the window for special orders. Some employees appear unengaged, occasionally walking around outside during work hours.
Recent reviews highlight the delicious garlic butter on the pizza and the tasty chicken wings and cheese bread. One customer appreciated the polite and understanding young man who took their order, especially given their mom's dairy allergy. He made an excellent pizza without cheese, which left them very happy. Another customer mentioned that the amount of sauce can vary, but they've never had a bad pizza. They enjoy the value for the price and prefer it to more expensive options. Overall, customers note great service but wish the restaurant would stay open an hour later for those late-night cravings.
