My Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

We ordered a beef enchilada and when we got home, it had chicken in it. The food is not as good as it was four or five years ago. We probably will not go there anymore.

Always enjoy eating lunch here. Predictable and consistent quality food.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The ambience was what you'd expect for a quiet family joint. The food was so salty it burned my mouth. Not hot, not spicy, other than waaaaaaay too much salt. I ate a little and took it home washed the meat off in a strainer at it was still too salty for my cats to eat, a couple tried some but... yeah I won't go back.

This place deserves more than 5 stars, delicious food, good quality steak, best queso in KY, guac always on point, outstanding service, down to earth prices, clean inside and out. What more could anyone want? The Stanford special (w/steak instead of chicken) is probably one of the best meals I've ever eaten and I haven't tried anything else because I cannot imagine wanting anything else although the fajitas smell amazing!
