They are pre filling and freezing their soft serve ice cream cones. Soft serve has a different consistency than ice cream and is not intended to be frozen. It forms ice crystals and changes the taste, color, and texture…..NOT for the better. And, you don’t tell the customer when the are ordering that this is what they will be expected to pay for at the window. If you don’t have fresh soft serve, then tell us when we order.
