So this is not the first time that this has happened. I placed an online order, and that it will be ready at 805. I pull up at 810. The door was locked the drive thru full of cars . Finally got my order at 841. Nothing like picking up cold and expensive chicken. Go elsewhere better yet go to Lee's chicken.

I asked for box meal 3pc asked what comes with that and told her what I wanted. She says well you should of started with saying that. And they had no chicken breast. She was not nice or understanding. Dont say with a attitude that I should of your there to help I never order chicken from here first time not again. Be nicer and understanding.

Me and my son went to eat there 2 nights ago our food cost 22.47 I got a chicken bowl meal and a chicken sandwich the chicken in the bowl was so hard you couldn't eat it and the bowl was cold the sandwich chicken was also hard too like it had been there a long time my son got the strip meal with fries and Cole slaw the chicken also was hard and he only had like 6 or 7 fries it was half full I took it back up there and complained the personi spoke with said it would be a ten to 15 minutes wait on chicken I said just forget it we had already waited 10 minutes on cold food we didn't. Wanna have to wait another 15 mins I always eat there but I will never eat there again I wasted my money on food that was so nasty

We catch the $10 bucket every Tuesday which is awesome! Chicken is always nice and juicy/fresh. Drive thru is quite slow but I dont mind getting good food at a good price. Anytime I can feed the whole family for under $15 I'm down!!!

Waited for 10mins at a drive thru and still no one take the order... food is getting worst, price is too high!!! Quality totally went down over the year.. it should be shut down...

Too bad they don't have a zero star because they don't deserve any stars. First of all I sat in a drive thru line for 40 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered 47.99 worth of food 12 of the tacos I ordered with no tomatoes no Lettuce but when I got home they had the Lettuce Tomato on them and my kids are allergic. I tried to call but they wouldn't answer so I drove back up there and a person told me they would remake them but when I pulled to the window the rude manager informed me that the policy is they don't refund or remake. I argued with her and she rudely remade the food. Refused to give me her name.

Missed all the sauces on a fill up box, took 35min to cook nuggets I was told would take another 4min. Stand at the front counter 15min before anyone acknowledges your even there. Worst KFC I've ever been to
