My mother and I had lunch at the Taylor Mill KFC around 11am Tuesday afternoon and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered a kids meal, 2 tenders and mashed potatoes with gravy. I also ordered a mountain dew and biscuit. Everything was so so good, even the soda was great. It's hard to go out to eat without something being done wrong but this experience was the best! My mom even remarked her potatoes and mac and cheese were excellent also. Seems like I'm making a big fuss but OMG it was awesome. It made our day ❤️ I loved the little pack of bbq sauce! Was my first time trying it. The 2 ladies who waited on me and handed me the food were awesome! Kind and respectful. Gave me another bbq sauce!! I don't know their names but was a ray of sunshine since we had just come from visiting the cemetery. Thank you so much ladies! We will definitely be back soon

Pass it up here. Staff is limited resulting in long wait times and inaccurate orders. Stood at counter for over 5 minutes before anyone even addressed me. Go to another and save yourself the aggravation.

I am giving this place 5 stars SOLELY because of Crystal.
I placed an order online and upon arriving- she let me know that they did not have any chicken nuggets or tenders to complete my order. She made accommodations for me- allowing a side of bone in chicken so I could at least get my order completed. Not only is bone in chicken more expensive than my nuggets but she also gave my little girl a slushie instead of Starty due to her hearing the fit my daughter was having because she was drowsy and now had the idea that Starry was “spicy” due to the carbonation. She deserves a raise or some sort of recognition for her care and ability to keep service going. THANK YOU CRYSTAL.

everytime I come up here I wait 20+ minutes for my food, they had me pull over to wait for fry’s and I waited 21 minutes and then they gave my order to the wrong person so I had to wait for it to be remade.

So this is not the first time that this has happened. I placed an online order, and that it will be ready at 805. I pull up at 810. The door was locked the drive thru full of cars . Finally got my order at 841. Nothing like picking up cold and expensive chicken. Go elsewhere better yet go to Lee's chicken.
I asked for box meal 3pc asked what comes with that and told her what I wanted. She says well you should of started with saying that. And they had no chicken breast. She was not nice or understanding. Dont say with a attitude that I should of your there to help I never order chicken from here first time not again. Be nicer and understanding.

Me and my son went to eat there 2 nights ago our food cost 22.47 I got a chicken bowl meal and a chicken sandwich the chicken in the bowl was so hard you couldn't eat it and the bowl was cold the sandwich chicken was also hard too like it had been there a long time my son got the strip meal with fries and Cole slaw the chicken also was hard and he only had like 6 or 7 fries it was half full I took it back up there and complained the personi spoke with said it would be a ten to 15 minutes wait on chicken I said just forget it we had already waited 10 minutes on cold food we didn't. Wanna have to wait another 15 mins I always eat there but I will never eat there again I wasted my money on food that was so nasty
