Once again horrible dinner .For our kids Christmas. Spent 55.00 for sides and chicken. There was no CHICKEN BREAST. THIGHS. 2LEGS. WINGS. ALL DRYED OUT. TALKED TO SHAY OFFERED TO GIVE US 3 BREAST. YES WERE GOING TO RUN ALL WAY BACK THERE. NOT!!! ALL THE CHICKEN WAS TERRIBLE. SO THANK YOU AGAIN. WE TOLD OUR DAUGHTER NOT TO GO THERE. SURE HOPE SHE LISTENS NEXT TIME.

Past 2 times I went there spent 10 mins in the drive thru only to have the chicken I ordered be so dry it had to of been cooked hours earlier. This chicken was so dry it couldn't be ate. You got me twice with crappy food so ii won't go back a third time. Absolutely horrible.

I’m going order was supposed to be ready by 1:01 didn’t get it until it until 1:30. Their lobby was closed so I had to walk up to the window in front of cars and ask if I was getting my food. I then had to remind them what my order was because they admitted they forgot. And after all of this my food was cold and cherry on top was there was a hair in my sandwich.

Me and my fiance Went there tonight around 9 sum an we ordered the 7 piece $20 meal which from what the menu display says you get 7 pieces of chicken 4 biscuits and 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and we got other things and my fiance looked in the bag an noticed that we didnt have the 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and no straws and no plasticware so we parked an i went to go in and make it aware that we was missing stuff but the lobby doors were locked on both sides so I went and stood next to my car to wait for the drive threw to clear but ofc cars kept coming at some point a lady in the drive threw noticed me standing by my car and said something to the drive-thru person he looked up saw me so I figured to walk up to the window and as doing so he poked his head back out and said that the lobby was closed and I said I know already and that I was missing some things he asked what it was I told him stood there for another 20 minutes after telling him and he ended up popping his head back out a couple more times giving the lady her stuff she stayed there in her vehicle at the window and then he popped out another time gave me a bag that thought had both orders of my mashed potatoes and gravy in it but there was only one so then he had popped his head out one more time and I told him that there was only one mashed potato and gravy in there he then put his head back in and you could hear the manager running her mouth being disrespectful and stuff of that nature and then he poked his head back out again and said I'm sorry but I am only doing what I was told and I asked what does that mean and he said that the manager said she was not making another mashed potato and gravy because she did everything for our order and said that everything was there even though everything was not there and I said that I just wanted what I paid for i will not be returning to this location ever again!!!
Do not go to this place. You'll wait an hour to get food. I ordered on their app went to pick it up and the doors are locked. I sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes to get food that was cold. The order wasn't even correct. It's impossible to contact the place either.

My mother and I had lunch at the Taylor Mill KFC around 11am Tuesday afternoon and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered a kids meal, 2 tenders and mashed potatoes with gravy. I also ordered a mountain dew and biscuit. Everything was so so good, even the soda was great. It's hard to go out to eat without something being done wrong but this experience was the best! My mom even remarked her potatoes and mac and cheese were excellent also. Seems like I'm making a big fuss but OMG it was awesome. It made our day ❤️ I loved the little pack of bbq sauce! Was my first time trying it. The 2 ladies who waited on me and handed me the food were awesome! Kind and respectful. Gave me another bbq sauce!! I don't know their names but was a ray of sunshine since we had just come from visiting the cemetery. Thank you so much ladies! We will definitely be back soon
