This review is specifically for the Trifecta Taylor Mill location. I placed a carry out order at the counter. They entered my order into their system incorrectly and when I got home I discovered that I had a pizza without pizza sauce!! I contacted the location directly and spoke with the manager. He only offered me a 50% discount on the correct pizza and wanted me to pick it up. What a joke !!!!!! I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Anytime I'm in Cincinnati / Kentucky area I always get pizza from La Rosa's. One of the best pizza places around!

Stopped in for dinner tonight.. we ordered hoagies this go around.. chicken ranch bacon and fish. The fish was delicious, the chicken hoagie was sad and cold.. he never says anything our waitress happened to be walking by as he made a comment.. but our waitress went and got him more chicken , she made it right. I don't know her name but she usually works in the back by the bar. She's great at what she does!

I've been going to this location for years and never had a problem. Slight accident last night with my pizza order, but I wanted to thank Heidi I hope I spelled her name right. I wanted to give her a big shout out for making me feel understood and for going above an beyond with making sure I was satisfied. Reminds me there still is good people in the food industry.

We came here with high expectations but left extremely disappointed. After the hostess seated us, we waited for about fifteen minutes while the manager and two servers walked by without even acknowledging us. Finding this unusual, we informed the hostess that no one had helped us for an unusually long time. The manager, who was near the host podium, told us we could sit at any table near the podium.

Within a minute, we saw another couple being seated and assisted almost immediately. Frustrated, we approached the manager again. Instead of addressing our concerns, he claimed he had reviewed the security cameras and insisted we had only been waiting for one to two minutes—an obviously false statement. But that wasn’t even the main issue.

A good manager should never blame a customer for their own poor service. The right approach would have been to acknowledge the mistake, apologize, and work to resolve the situation. That’s the foundation of good customer service, and unfortunately, it was completely lacking here.

On a positive note, the female server who eventually assisted us (despite it not being her section) was excellent. She noticed that we hadn’t been helped and immediately stepped in, providing attentive and friendly service from that moment on.
