This is my favorite skyline to eat at. They are always quick and give generous Way portion sizes. It's cozy, well lit, and being located next to graeters is handy.

Well, I'll go the rest of the day hungry working until I get home tonight. They want to fuck people over on portion sizes for small profit margins. Their chilitos are so small it's dumb. 9.00 for two skinny ass chilitos. Also their chili cheese sandwhiches are 3.00$. For a bun, chili, and cheese. Biggest rip off of a skyline I've ever seen. Straight up assholes or terrible management if you have to do that to stay profitable. Embarrassing for management , I'll never be back here.

We seated ourselves as we were instructed; not a problem. It took too long for someone to greet us and take our drink order. I would understand if the place was busy or short staffed. But that was not the case. Less than ten tables occupied and 10 employees working. And it looked as if 4 were servers. Then, when the server did take our order, it was if they were not listening . A drink was forgotten, and I had to remind the server that we needed the drink after about 10 minutes had gone by. I watched as the food was being prepared and saw it setting on the counter for about 10 minutes and the manager was going to have another server delivere it to us but then our server saw that; they finished talking to one of the other employees and brought our food to the table. When it was delivered, we did not get the food that was ordered. At this point, we were ready to be done and leave.I used to like to eat at the Taylor Mill location, but the service and quality have really gone down. Again, the store was not busy. I would have had more compassion and understanding.My opinion is that the manager needs to direct the staff better and not be so involved in the food making. She was so focused on taking care of the drive thru that the employees seemed lost and not guided. We were not the only family that went through the waiting and food mess up. I had time to observe how the other guests were served. The sad thing was that it was not the same server.

This is one of the most unique and delicious chili's I've ever had. It has a sweeter taste than other chili's, but it truly does work. Prices are reasonable and they have table service if you sit in. They also have a drive thru.

I went through the drive tru and I ordered a chili cheese fry a cheese coney no mustard, no onion and a Chito. They charge me for four. I went back to the restaurant they gave me my money back then I ordered a chili cheese fry with sour cream on the side and they did not put the sour cream in the bag.

People told us that we had to try skyline chilli. To me it wasn't that great. The food was barely warm and they got the order wrong. There were 10 tables that needed to be cleared and the floor was horribly dirty! The bathroom was like a bad gas station bathroom!

The chili was cold and tasted awful. The restaurant was dirty with old dishes everywhere, the kitchen area was covered in old chili, and when I told the guy at the register about my issues he did not care. I have had people tell me how great skyline chili is and I will never come back.
