Just want to know what type of business you are running y'all don't even pay your employees when they work because you all can run a dame shore that why I didn't come back there and now u all thank u can not pay someone who stay all night to get the shore clean but it's cool u all going to have pay me no matter what which and see......

The worker (Sarah) is very rude and we were missing food, she refused to give it to us. We asked for money back she refused to do that. Started yelling at kids through the window and said we looked like we needed medical assistance because her hands were shaking. Then she called the cops thinking they were gonna help her. The food was almost $100 and they wouldn’t just give us the missing food

Poor Drive thru experience.
No one in line. When you pull up, an automatic person says welcome and order when you’re ready.
We said I am ready and spoke clearly with order.
No one responded, we said again “hello?”
No response
Hello? Again no response.
We pulled to the window. It had a sign on the speaker to pull around if hearing problems.
We pulled around.
After about 4 minutes waiting at the window- a woman opened the window, named Nikki. General manager.
She was already defensive and said I can’t take your order. It needs to be at the speaker.
We tried to explain and she said I couldn’t hear in my headphones and we need to go back to the speaker. She already took another order. And she couldn’t help.closed the window

First of all we're eating Taco Bell so that's what it taste like it's nothing spectacular the service today was below par and it felt like it was just a really tense restaurant for some reason usually not like that..

Avoid this location. I placed an online order for pick up and they still got it wrong. Went in to pickup order and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone offer to help. After about 10 minutes they brought the order up and I left. Got home only to find out our order was short! At this point, I was done with this KFC! Just choked it up to experience and will NEVER go to this location again. Would however be a nice place to put a restaurant that cares enough to double check the orders and at least recognize a customer at the counter,👎

Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had will not be back ordered two tacos and it took over 30 minutes 🙃

Seamed very under staffed. Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter and another 25 minutes to be served. I don't recommend this location unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Incompetence, unfortunately is the best Word that I can use. I’m not trying to be rude, but these people I sat inside their lobby for seven minutes. They did not have their soda machine working for a lady that was in front of me And they were not assisting their line up, having to say it loudly for someone to come up and assist. I would say the worst part is though is that I sat there for well over seven minutes and no one said anything to me or even try to take my order. The lack of Motivation to make sure your customers are taken care of is at an all time high here Taco Bell. You should really get some new management in there.
General Manager rings up your combo meals as individual items to charge you more and then argues about it lol
