12/3/25 - they need to hire better people. I rarely make reviews but this place sucks. You wait 20 minutes behind two other cars just for your order to be wrong. If you ever want to quit fast food, just have a couple experiences here.

Absolutely terrible. Ordering food and being at the window was like talking to a zombie. The guy asks us to pull up after paying, to come out 10 mins later and tell us they didn’t have the kfc part of our order. We ask for a refund of that portion. The manager then comes out and brings the receipt to show us they refunded the entire order. “He was confused” was the excuse for the guy at the window saying we wanted a refund for the whole order. Maybe if he spoke more words, he could get a better understanding. The manager then said she’d get the Taco Bell portion of the order anyway and bring it to us, as it was ready. 3-4 mins later, no food. We left and went to McDs. Hopefully the refund goes through in the next couple of days. Def won’t be back.

It’s clear this location has been seriously neglected— the price of the quesadilla on the menu was only 7.39… the price listed on the receipt is 8.26, 7.79 before tax. It’s ridiculous that they can’t even do something as simple as correcting the price on the menu.

I wasn't sure what was going on they had the front doors still locked at 1115 in the afternoon so I had to go thru the drive thru to pick up my order

Just want to know what type of business you are running y'all don't even pay your employees when they work because you all can run a dame shore that why I didn't come back there and now u all thank u can not pay someone who stay all night to get the shore clean but it's cool u all going to have pay me no matter what which and see......

Perhaps the worst KFC i’ve ever had in my life, a simple 4 piece meal yet it came out overcooked and shriveled, with no baja blast at the dispenser. Very rushed staff who had little concern, they seemed insanely understaffed and very irritated. I’d avoid the location fully if it’s around the dinner rush, though it may the same earlier in the day.

The service is so terrible! And the inside is nasty!
The worker (Sarah) is very rude and we were missing food, she refused to give it to us. We asked for money back she refused to do that. Started yelling at kids through the window and said we looked like we needed medical assistance because her hands were shaking. Then she called the cops thinking they were gonna help her. The food was almost $100 and they wouldn’t just give us the missing food

Poor Drive thru experience. No one in line. When you pull up, an automatic person says welcome and order when you’re ready.
We said I am ready and spoke clearly with order. No one responded, we said again “hello?”
No response
Hello? Again no response.
We pulled to the window. It had a sign on the speaker to pull around if hearing problems.
We pulled around. After about 4 minutes waiting at the window- a woman opened the window, named Nikki. General manager. She was already defensive and said I can’t take your order. It needs to be at the speaker.
We tried to explain and she said I couldn’t hear in my headphones and we need to go back to the speaker. She already took another order. And she couldn’t help.closed the window
Very disappointing experience.

First of all we're eating Taco Bell so that's what it taste like it's nothing spectacular the service today was below par and it felt like it was just a really tense restaurant for some reason usually not like that..
