Truly pathetic experience, was waiting for 20 minutes for a delivery and they were NOT busy. I've worked in the food industry for almost 30 years it is totally unacceptable. AVOID THIS DAIRY QUEEN !!!!

I have to give major props to the evening shift in particular, we swing thru here at times heading home and everytime weve had great customer service, the atmosphere here is alwsys inviting and the staff straight deserve praises and raises! no im not being paid to say this, just gonna say that I stopped in 5 minutes before close and not only did they not gice me a bad attitude ( which let's face it id have bwen irritated, yall would too!) but instead, the young man behind the counter smiled, made my order and was courteous. thanks to the night crew! you're appreciated!

What in the actual heck. We went on 5/17/2025 at 7:40 p.m. and the door were locked. A sign saying lobby temporarily closed due to short staffing. Ok, we thought. We'll just go through the drive through we were just coming for ice cream. We go, and we're then told at the drive through they we're going to be closed for an hour. Mind you, one female employee was sitting at the tables and had just finished eating. So, short staffed or not denying service to customers is RIDICULOUS. We were not the only customers there being turned away.

Management needs to be held accountable. There are plenty of negative reviews prior to mine. So DAIRY QUEEN, DON'T WRITE ME BACK ON MY REVIEW SAYING YOU'RE ALWAYS LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! DO SOMETHING, ACTIONS, I would settle for a summer of free blizzards, but a side of effective training and CHANGE FOR THE BETTER would sure be great.

Sat at the speaker trying to order my breakfast for about 10 minutes and no one said a word! Not even “it’ll be just a minute” there was ONE person infront of me and already gone too. I don’t understand why that had to be… there’s obviously workers in there! I always have to wait a little bit at the speaker but this eventually just got awkward waiting so long with no one speaking at all.

Four times I’ve ordered a chicken tender sandwich in the past six weeks. The first visit was good. I special ordered lettuce, tomato, Mayo , mustard, pickle and onion and it arrived exactly as ordered. The second visit I got home and they had given me a double cheese burger and I detest cheese on my hamburger. Third time I asked them to add mustard, onion and pickle. That’s all it came with but they added ketchup making it disgusting to my personal preferences. Tonight- exactly what I ordered like I did the first time but again they added ketchup. I looked up the sandwich on tiger menu and it doesn’t come with ketchup. What gives? So, 1 time out of four trips I got what I ordered. Since I didn’t eat the other three sandwiches I guess that makes that one meal costing me about $48.

Ordered pancakes and biscuits and gravy this morning. Got home and the pancakes are FLAT and tough. Called and spoke to a manger who could care less about my concerns of crappy food. I politely asked if there was a problem with their batter because the pancakes were flat, which she said no and i told her they didn’t rise at all when cooked as you can tell in the photo. She asked if i wanted to bring them back with a shitty attitude. Uh, no! It wasn’t worth bringing home much less bringing back. How about we start giving people what they pay for the first time around.
