Tried to get a couple of shakes. 1 person ahead of us and I've never seen such slow service. 5 minutes to get change from the back. When I finally got to the cash, the girl walked away and got some Fry's for an order, read some receipts on the back counter, walked an order "slowly" into the dining room. The whole time a manager I presume, was doing nothing. She made a shake or something, that took a minute but did NOTHING the whole time I was waiting. We left and went to McDonald's, in the door, ordered and served to us in less then 5 minutes

My husband and I stopped on the way home from my sisters funeral service. Went thru DT. Service was slow, but food was Awesome. Not enough employees to serve customers in a fast food manner.

Twice now I have gone into this location with my grandchildren and was told there was no ice cream to serve. Why is there no ice cream? I grew up on dairy Queen and that's what they're known for Blizzard's and soft cones.

Never got to order. They were busy. That's fine. I get it. But when the employee is on the phone and the line is forming. And still no care for customers. That's a problem. I blame management for hiring the wrong people.
