This place is amazing! The service and the food are both impeccable. I am a vegetarian and they have vegetarian options! The menu will cover all appetites. The drinks impressed me well. I tried the Bourbon Pina Colada!!!!! For all of you bourbon lovers, this drink will change your perspective!!! I totally recommend this restaurant to you, your family and friends. The outdoor patio is perfect!!! I will be back for another round of great food and amazing service.

This is my #1 favorite Mexican restaurant of all time. We eat here at least once a week and the food and drinks are always delicious. They have the same employees as long as I can remember, so they must enjoy their co-workers and the owner. Which I always see the owner working, as well. I’m not sure who does the decorating , but they are always changing it up and should be on Pinterest. It is always exceptionally clean and I don’t need to see their score of 💯% to tell me that. No other restaurant compares to El Lago with the owner, employees ,food, drinks, cleanliness,and the atmosphere. Stop here after a day on the lake and have a cozy dinner outside on the patio.

Ate with my family tonight, had hair in 2 of our dishes, and they argued trying to say we put it there. And now we all have food poisoning. Would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy

Everything was great! I left this place stuffed and I don’t regret it. Salsa is one of the biggest things that I look at when I think about a Mexican restaurant. The hot salsa was very good. Had a great flavor. The mild was OK but not the best. The tacos that I had were stuffed with meat, and had an amazing flavor! We were amazed at how big the burrito was when it came out, it was also very flavorful as well. Everyone that we encountered was super friendly and we got our food pretty quick. Definitely give this place a try.
