I was charged for an online order that I canceled within a minute of placing it. I called to cancel and was told the order was canceled. A manager called back to get my credit card number to give me refund. I have yet to see the refund on my credit card (after calling twice to request it) but they were quick to put the original charge through. Terrible customer service. You've lost me as a customer.

Service is hit and miss… got my child the chicken bites meal. I ordered online, it clearly says online it comes with a drink. Even on my email confirmation. When I get there to pick it up and I ask for my drink they tell me it’s not included no matter what it says online lol what!? This needs to be fixed. Needless to say I left without a drink which is ridiculous considering the size of a kids drink. When my child tried the food he said it was gross. I tried it myself and it was disgusting, the texture of the chicken bites were terrible and I won’t be getting food for my child there anymore.

I ordered a Stromboli sandwich - it was amazing! They took my order quickly, but it was about 25 minutes until the food arrived, but it was worth it. Great place to go for old-fashioned Italian food that's not overly commercial. I'll be going back.Parking: Large lot directly in front of the restaurant. Really easy.

Attempted to eat here. I can't comment on the food because when my order arrived, it was incorrect and the salad did not arrive even though the pizza was served. I elected to leave instead. On my way out the door, my waitress said, Miss Sunshine is leaving". I had been nothing but polite. I had asked that the fan be turned off (they did so) because it was cold in there. The name wasn't an ugly name, but definitely no need to call me a name of any kind.
