Who doesn't like some pizza instead of Thanksgiving leftovers on Thanksgiving night? We were glad to find out Papa John's was open and ordered 3 pizzas and a papadilla and had it delivered but when we dug in, we found out it was somewhat raw. 3 of us ended up with stomach problems that night and the next day. I cooked it some more in the air fryer the next day and had stomach issues again. This location needs to make sure their pizza is fully cooked before it's delivered.

This is by far the worse Papa John’s in the entire state of KY! They refuse service based on gender and classism… I absolutely despise this location! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I have filed a formal complaint but have yet to hear back from the corporate location. If this location decides they don’t want to serve you based on certain criteria they will just hang up the phone during your order and never answer when you call back. At first you might think the call just got disconnected but after calling and getting hung up on multiple times you will realize they will NOT serve you. This location should be ashamed as to how they are running this business and how they discriminate against their customers.

Ordered a small cheese pizza, normal dough, normal sauce, with extra ranch dipping sauce on the side, and got a cheese and ranch sauced pizza with garlic butter on the side. If only that was the worst of it. When I called and spoke to the "manager", he refused to give me his name, then proceeded to tell me in no smaller words that he wasn't fixing it. Nice customer service. That's the only strike I need. Taking to social media to deal with this place. Hope it's gone soon. We'll go to Hometown from now on.

Couldn't ask for a better place to eat or a better kind of friendly nice I
If I could give 0 stars I would we have had issues so many times before but always try again. Pizza is never hot dough is raw. But tonight takes the cake. If you want to order pizza, wait 2 hours, have it say DELIVERED and still no pizza. This is the place you want to go. Husband has to drive down to get a refund because no one would answer their phones. And to top it off we watch the damn papa John’s driver drive past our house. We wasn’t the only ones with this issue either. Husband said 3 other people were down there because of the same issue. Definitely won’t ever use them again. Snappy or Hometown is the way to go. Absolutely ridiculous!

They took away the pick 2 coupon that is at all of their other local locations. Paying more than $8 for Papa Mids is atrocious, I save money driving to Domino's for pizza
