Ordered a small cheese pizza, normal dough, normal sauce, with extra ranch dipping sauce on the side, and got a cheese and ranch sauced pizza with garlic butter on the side. If only that was the worst of it. When I called and spoke to the "manager", he refused to give me his name, then proceeded to tell me in no smaller words that he wasn't fixing it. Nice customer service. That's the only strike I need. Taking to social media to deal with this place. Hope it's gone soon. We'll go to Hometown from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would we have had issues so many times before but always try again. Pizza is never hot dough is raw. But tonight takes the cake. If you want to order pizza, wait 2 hours, have it say DELIVERED and still no pizza. This is the place you want to go. Husband has to drive down to get a refund because no one would answer their phones. And to top it off we watch the damn papa John’s driver drive past our house. We wasn’t the only ones with this issue either. Husband said 3 other people were down there because of the same issue. Definitely won’t ever use them again. Snappy or Hometown is the way to go. Absolutely ridiculous!

They took away the pick 2 coupon that is at all of their other local locations. Paying more than $8 for Papa Mids is atrocious, I save money driving to Domino's for pizza

Ordered a carry out and not only was it not cut but it wasn't cooked. Doughy and without the extra cheese we ordered. $27 for one pizza that we have to take and bake .. Really!?!

The pizza was ready when promised, the order was correct, it was hot and tasty.
Last week I ordered for carry out, and paid for an extra large all meats pizza which is 10 slices. When arrived home, there were only 8 slices which is a large pizza. I called the number on the receipt and never received a person. Contacted the establishment by email, but as of today no response to my concerns. Disappointed.

Papa John's in Taylorsville doesn't make their employees wear gloves. They are just bare handing your pizza and all the toppings while touching everything else in between.

We got two medium pizzas and 18 wings. The pizza was gross and the wings smelled like they hadn't been refrigerated and were bad.

As I walked up to the counter to pick up my order, one of two workers dropped a pizza box onto the floor, picked it up, peeked in side, showed it to another worker and decided just to put it for carry out. Turns out that was my pizza. I looked inside at the jumbled, smeared pizza. When I said something, the cashier just shrugged his shoulder. I had to get very loud to get the manager's attention. She comped my order and provided a new one in about 15 minutes. They had also incorrectly made my wings order. If the young worker had admitted his mistake on dropping the pizza I would have no issue. This Papa Joh's needs to train its worker on quality.

I live just down the street from Papa John's so once a week I get pizza for my family of 6. This place is horrible! I drive by the business multiple times a day and the cooks are always standing outside smoking. The pizza and the delivery service is terrible. I tried 3 times with ordering several pizzas from here and never again will I do that!
